1. Instant Returns at Delivery
Customers may return products "immediately at the time of delivery" at no additional cost. Such returns are deemed “instant returns” and are considered complete once collected by the delivery personnel.
2. Post-Delivery Returns and Exchanges (Within 7 Days)
If the product is not returned at the time of delivery, the customer may request a return or exchange "within seven (7) days" from the date of delivery.
All post-delivery returns or exchanges are subject to "shipping, handling, and carrying charges", which will be borne by the customer.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must be in "unused, undamaged condition", with all accessories. The Company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
4. Refunds (Within 24 to 72 hours)
Refunds will be processed only after inspection and acceptance of the returned product. Any applicable charges for post-delivery returns will be "deducted from the refund amount".
5. Return Requests
To initiate a post-delivery return or exchange, customers must contact Customer Support within the specified 7-day period and provide order details as requested.
